Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the HappyBoards website and services.

1. Welcome

Welcome to HappyBoards! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, ordering services, and any related features (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our Service, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. All orders are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

5. Allergens & Food Safety

We take food safety seriously. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. Cross-contamination may occur during preparation.

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order on time. Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. You must provide accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional charges.

7. Substitutions

In the event that an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value. If you do not wish to accept substitutions, please indicate this when placing your order, and we will contact you if an item is unavailable.

8. Refunds

Refunds are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds do not include delivery fees unless the error was on our part.

9. Subscriptions

Subscription services automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

10. Business & Organization Orders

Bulk orders for businesses and organizations may be subject to different terms, pricing, and minimum order requirements. Please contact our corporate sales team for custom quotes. Payment terms for business accounts may vary and will be specified in your agreement.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

12. User Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photos, and other content through our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
